As each client's needs are unique, Jill of Virtual Assistants aims not to offend clients by placing rates on her website as it avoids misunderstandings and unnecessary requotes. Rather, Jill of Virtual Assistants will together with her client complete a needs analysis to ensure a fair and equitable quote is given time and time again.

Monthly Retainer Packages, Pay-As-You-Go or Once-off Project Rates

Jill of Virtual Assistants strives to provide you, her client, with the most affordable payment options without negotiating on quality.

The following payment options are available:

• Monthly retainer packages, pay-as-you-go as well as once-off payment packages for stand-alone projects.
• Five (5) hour minimum payment for all services,
• First-time clients will receive a free, one (1) hour explorative consultation,
• All work packages will require a signed service agreement and a 50% deposit due before project work begins. Each deposit amount will vary per project and all deposits are non-refundable,
• Last-minute rush work and | or projects after-hours (i.e., after 5pm and whole day Sundays) will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a 25% rush order fee,
• Jill of Virtual Assistants reserves the right to refuse any work request(s) where a client fails to make payment on the first or subsequent order(s),
• Clients are invoiced 50% before proceeding with work and remaining 50% upon completion of work. Remaining 50% payment is due on presentation of final invoice.

Retainer Packages

Retainer client(s) receive priority scheduling for project(s) and tasks. By opting for retainer-structured billing, you, my client, are guaranteed that I am able to plan ahead and set aside the specific number of hours you purchase on an ongoing, monthly basis.

• You will receive advance notice when your retainer hours reach five (5) hours remaining,
• Retainer packages are sold in 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month contract periods,
• Retainer invoices are processed in advance and 50% deposit is due on presentation of invoice, remainder to be paid on presentation of final invoice,
• Retainer fees must be paid in full before new services begin,
• Unused retainer hours will not be carried over into the next month and are non-refundable.

PAY-AS-YOU-GO

Not too sure how much time you will need for your next project? Maybe you know you'll need ongoing support but you're not sure how often or for how long.  A pay-as-you-go option is a simple yet cost-effective way to ensure that you know ahead of time how much you will be spending while guaranteeing that you will receive the support you need.

• Pay-as-you-go can be purchased in any amount you choose, with a five (5) hour minimum payment upfront,
• Pay-as-you-go is valid for six (6) months from the date of contract execution,
• You will receive advance notice when your pay-as-you-go reaches five (5) hours remaining,
• Additional pay-as-you-go can be purchased as needed (with a 5-hour minimum) and is invoiced and payable on receipt of invoice,
• Additional pay-as-you-go cannot be used until the final invoice is paid in full,
• Pay-as-you-go is non-refundable and cannot be carried over past 6 months.
